Are moving blankets and shrink wrap provided?
Yes, all of our San Antonio moving companies include those items at no charge during your move. They do this to provide extra protection for your items during transit.
Are deposits required to book a move?
Yes, our moving companies require a down payment to secure your move date. This deposits is included in your move total. This is non-refundable, but deposits are good for a year.
Do your moving companies disassemble and reassemble beds and furniture?
Yes, our moving companies include this as part of the moving process with no additional charge.
Should we empty our dressers and drawers?
Yes, our movers recommend removing any breakable items. They also recommend removing any valuable items away from the premises prior to the movers arrival.
How much does it cost to move?
Your moving company will calculate your total at the end of the move. The factors they include are: the number of movers, hours of loading/unloading, moving, packing, plus others. Our companies charge by the hour and in 15 minute increments over the hour. Depending on the distance of your move, a truck/service fee will be required.
When is payment due?
Once your movers finish unloading your location, please be prepared to pay your total. Payments will be expected in Cash or Credit Card (convenience fee of 3% will be added). Our companies won't charge you any hidden fees and all rates are discussed prior to your move.
